1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Security and Responsibility

When material changes are made, we will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by publishing the revised Terms on this page and — where reasonably practicable — by sending a notification to the email address associated with your registered account.

Your continued use of pk112's platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using pk112's services and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
